My Royal Hyderabadi Masterclass is our brand new release , covering mouthwatering authetnic dishes from 2 states : Telangana and Andhra. What better way to welcome this region into the Heavenly Morsel family than with debuting my famous Tiger prawn biryani? This intoxicatingly delicious cuisine of Hyderabad is an amalgamation of Mughlai, Arabic, Persian and Turkish influences. Here is the first menu for this Hyderabadi series: (can customise) Jumbo Tiger Prawn Biryani Stuffed Baby Eggplant Chicken Pepper Fry Andhra Tomato Dahl Bitter Gourd Fry Tempered Buttermilk Curry Served with ghee rice I can’t wait to welcome back my guests for this brand new class , if you did my northern and South Indian classes this is a brand new flavour for you. First timers are welcome of course!
